At Lebel Bicycles, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused bikes and accessories in their original packaging. We are dedicated to ensuring you have the perfect ride, so if your equipment isn't a perfect fit, we'll help you find one that is.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the bicycle or gear in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for condition and completeness, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
