How are Lebel Bicycles shipped?
All bicycles are shipped 85% assembled in a reinforced heavy-duty carton. You will only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle using the included tool kit.
What is your return policy for bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bicycle in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.
Do Lebel Bicycles come with a warranty?
Yes, every Lebel frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner. Components and suspension parts are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on each product page based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for better stability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for qualifying purchases.
Do you ship internationally?
